Please note that colors may not be reproduced on screen 100% accurately given the variations between different types and makes of screen. However, we will endeavor to recreate the colors on the website as closely as possible, given the current technology available.

Shipping :

  • ·         Our manufacturing Unit is in India.
  • ·         Generally we import goods in USA & deliver to customers via local available post or courier
  • ·         But some times if the goods are not available in our USA warehouse, then goods will be dispatched directly from India to the customer.
  • ·         Delivery time is approx 5-15 days, depending on from where it is dispatching.

Return Policy

If you live in the United States of America, you have a legal right to cancel your order after you have received and inspected the goods. Please note that in the case of clothes and accessories, "inspect" means examine, and does not permit you or your horse to wear and use the items.

Please note that you may make a decision to return parts within a period of seven working days, without penalty and without giving a reason. The only charge that we apply to the consumer is the direct cost of returning the goods. Please remember return all received goods including any free gifts or promotions received with the goods you are returning. You are responsible for the goods until they are restored to us, and must ensure you take reasonable care of them, returning them to us at your expense unsoiled, unused and in their original packaging (including any sealed packaging if applicable).

We strongly recommend that all returns are registered and insured when sent as we are unable to compensate for lost or damaged parcels. Once the order has been safely returned to us, we will refund your original payment method as soon as possible for the cost of the goods (please note this can take up to 30 days during very busy periods but is normally approx 7-10 days)

Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the sales invoice.


If you feel that a product is faulty, please stop using it immediately and contact us with your concern. If you continue to use the product after discovering a fault, it will be deemed that you have accepted the goods in their damaged condition. Please follow the same returns procedure as above, but do not return the item to us until we have contacted you about it.

If on inspection we find the goods to be defective, we will refund the purchase cost of the goods and postage to you. We reserve the right to seek the opinion of the manufacturer of the goods or another knowledgeable party, prior to a decision being met if it is not clear that the goods are faulty or have been damaged due to misuse or neglect.

PLEASE NOTE: Any horse rug or saddle retuned with hair on them will not be refunded and will be subject to a further delivery cost to be resent out.

CUSTOM MADE products can not be returned because those products are made with special measurements.
